Yes. We’ll give you simple language and routines to steady kids after a crash, plus app tools you can use together. If appropriate, we can provide service jointly as a family, or directly to the child depending on age.
Nope. The CAP is not long-term psychotherapy. It’s a focused, real-life tune-up after a crash. We keep it practical: what you’re feeling now, what helps today, and how to get moving again — without clinical labels.
Yes. You can choose whether you would like your sessions to be by phone, video, or secure messaging. So you can start from home. We support clients across Canada and parts of USA.
Warm, qualified professionals with specific post-MVA experience. We’re relatable, straight-talking, and focused on what works in everyday life — not jargon.
That’s the goal, if driving is part of your life. We’ll help you build a step-by-step plan that feels doable — no pressure, no shaming, just steady progress.
The CAP is short-term by design. You’ll complete two sessions, and you’ll keep using the app tools to continue your progress.
Great. The CAP can fit alongside what you’re already doing. Think of us as a focused boost for post-accident routines and driving confidence.
Most clients use Accident Benefits through their auto insurer. In Ontario, the CAP can fit within the Minor Injury Guideline (MIG). Coverage varies by province and insurer, so ask your Claims Representative about the CAP by Graham Guidance. We can provide information to help them approve it.
Your privacy matters. Some insurers (for example in Ontario) ask us to invoice through the HCAI system. When that’s required, we share limited details like session dates and a brief note about the kind of support provided — not your personal story. Other insurers fund the CAP with no reporting beyond invoices.
Absolutely. Some people begin with the app’s quick wins and then book their first session when ready.
